The work to be performed consist of, but is not limited to providing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for the complete demolition of Security Forces Operations Buildings 253 & 255, Project No. DKFX 90-3003C2 and DKFX 90-3003C3. These are concrete block buildings that each have approximately 4,071 SF of floor space; are approx. 36' long x 20' wide; interior partitions are composed of concrete block walls and gypsum board; and each has approx. 200 LF of concrete sidewalk to be removed. All areas disturbed by the demolition shall be sodded with centipede grass. The solicitation will be evaluated using Price/Performance Trade-off. Performance time is 130 calendar days. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and will be evaluated under the HUBZONE preference program.
