The facility is a 9,000 SF single-story building. New construction will be for a four-pipe heating cooling system, Direct Digital Control and a dedicated ventilation air handling/cooling system. The replacement construction includes supply air ductwork, 50-ton air handling unit, gas-fired boiler, fan coil units and air-cooled chiller. The anticipated bid opening date July 2000.
