This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Contract line item number two is for a quantity of 176 each of PDQ bathroom locksets, series ST, function 175 hospital, trim PHL, two and three quarter inch backset with ASA strike. Contract line item number three is for a quantity of 176 each of DON-JO door wrap #CW-14-S, 626 finish, two and three quarter inch backset with two and one eighth inch hole, five inch by fourteen inch. Contract line item number four is for a quantity of 300 each of Russwin cam #334F13 straight cam. (vi.) N/A. (vii.) Date of delivery is 30 days from receipt and acknowledgment of purchase order.
