The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes but is not limited to furnishing a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) application to function as the primary telephone interface for all telephone needs for the Rocky Mountain Regional Dispatch Office of the Western Area Power Administration located in Loveland, CO. Full delivery and installation of system is estimated to occur October, 2000. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of this solicitation. Therefore, only a limited number of copies will be issued on a "first-come, first served" basis. There will be only one award made from this solicitation. This solicitation will be issued on or about May 22, 2000. The closing date is on or about June 21, 2000. The proposed system will be procured utilizing the special test procedures for commercial items outlined in FAR 13.500. The procurement is unrestricted.
