N00244-99-T-00-0894 DUE 052200. This is a combined synopsis/notice to
procure a commercial item prepared in accordance with subpart 12.6 and
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request for quotation
is being requested based on the information contains herein. The
solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are
those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12.

MacCentral (retrieves hourly files from remote sites), WaitFor Radials

data displays). The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed
price purchase order. The proposed purchase action is for supplies or
services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with
only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may
identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement
or submit a quotation. This notice of intent is not a request for
competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all
proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this
synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this
proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely
within the discretion of the Government. Information received will
normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a
competitiveprocurement. Written response to this synopsis shall contain
sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability for
fulfilling the requirement. Parties responding to this solicitation may
submit their quote in accordance with the standard commercial practices
(i.e. on company letterhead, formal quote form, etc.) but must include
the following information. Company's complete mailing address and
remittance address, method of payment accepted; credit card, electronic
deposit. The company's CAGE Code, DUNS and Bradstreet number and
Taxpayers ID number. In addition, if you are biding a comparable
commercial item, product literature must be included. The Government
anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. The full
