This is a standing solicitation for Federal Supply Schedule(FSS) FSC Group 84, Part VI, Section A, from which the Government contemplates award of contracts for supplies and ancillary services listed in the Schedule of Items covering 24 Special Item Numbers(SIN). SINs will include: Miscellaneous Personal Equipment to include belts, holsters, flashlights, etc, Body Armor, Helmets, Restraining Equipment to include handcuffs, batons, less-lethal munitions, gas masks, etc, Miscellaneous Law Enforcement Products, Canine Training and Handling Equipment, Emergency Signal Systems, In-Vehicle Barriers and Shields, Night Vision Equipment, Alcohol Detection Kits and Devices, Bomb Disposal and Chemical Warfare Equipment, Firearms Storage and Securing Devices to include gun safety locks, Ear Mikes, Target Systems and Target Range Accessories, Metal and Bomb Detection Equipment to include airport security, Fingerprint/Palmprinting and Evidential Casting Materials, Drug Testing Equipment and Kits, Criminal Investigative Equipment to include forensic investigative equipment, electronic countermeasure equipment, evidence collection containers, etc, Introduction of New Products, Vehicle Monitoring(tracking) Systems, Speed Measurement(radar) Devices, Surveillance Systems, Vehicle Armoring Packages, Prisoner Transport and K-9 Units and Police Bicycles. Ancillary services will be evaluated under any of the SINs. The resulting contract will be FOB Origin with worldwide delivery. Contact points for locations outside the domestic scope are mandatory in order to provide those locations with local assistance. This solicitation will remain in effect unless amended and/or replaced by an updated solicitation. Multiple Award Schedule solicitations are "standing" opportunities for new offers. There is no closing date for receipt of offers, therefore, offers may be submitted for consideration at any time during the life of this solicitation. The FSS period is continuous, and will contain contracts with periods that commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire five years(exclusive of any options) from the DOA unless further extended pursuant to any option to extend the term of the contract, or cancelled sooner. This solicitation contains an option clause, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract(Evergreen), which allows the Government to extend the contract three additional five-year periods, not to exceed a total of twenty years. Offers will be accepted for brands identical to those currently awarded. All contracts will be indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contracts with $100 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. All contracts to be awarded include Industrial Funding provisions. The Trade Agreements clause applies to this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
