This solicitation is amended to add a site visit which will occur on 10 May 2000, 10:00am, Alaska Standard Time. Perform closed circuit television inspection of well including casing and screened interval. Determine appropriate method to clean and rehabilitate well. Provide a written report and cost estimate detailing work needed to clean and rehabilitate well. 2. Disassemble, clean, and inspect vertical turbine pump including all components (i.e. pump riser, pump shafts, shaft couplings, and impellers). Provide a written report and cost estimate detailing required parts and repairs. 3. Clean, inpsect, and test 60 HP electric motor.
