The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Services proposes to award a firm fixed-price Non-Personal service contract for Consultant Services to identify the unmet needs in emergency health and out-patient departments located at the Belcourt PHS, IHS Hospital, Hosptial Road, Belcourt, North Dakota 58316, Attn: Service Unit Director. The Belcourt PHS, IHS Hospital is located on the Turtle Mountain Chippewa Indian Reservation. The Belcourt PHS, IHS Hosptial in cooperation with the Turtle Mountain Chippewa Tribal Government are in the proscess of upgrading health care services and facilities.
