contract to seal coat the P.O.L. storage area. The works includes
edging the grass away from pavement, clean pavement by sweeping and
blowing w/high speed blowers and power wash where necessary, clean and
fill cracks 3/8" or larger with Federally approved Hi Spec Polymeric
joint sealing compound, areas that have been affected by gasoline and
oil will be burned dry and treated with Seal Master Petro Seal, so that
sealer adheres to the pavement, apply one coat Seal Master Tac Coat
Binder if necessary, apply 2 coats Seal Master Rubberized Coal Tar
emulsion sealer w/sand slurry mix. Sand is mixed 2 to 4 lbs/gal of
water and applied by machine, TOP-TUFF is added to sealer for greater
durability, at a rate of 1 gallon per 100 gallons of concentrated
sealer, line stripe parking areas as necessary, all materials used meet
or exceed state and federal specificatios, certificate of workman's
compenstation and contractors liability to be furnished upon issue of
contract, contractor is not responsible for employees, customers,
visitors or others that might track through wet or unopened areas into
buildings or walkways. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for
commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart
12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are
being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Pleas
identify whether you are a large or small business. This solicitation
document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the
Federal Acquisition Circular, 90-42. The following FAR clauses apply to
this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1, Instructions to
Offerors-Commercial; 52-212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items (Evaluation
will be based on price, compatability; 52.212-3, Offeror
Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (offeror must
submit a completed copy of the Representations and Certifications with
