The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for those concerns and its affiliates is "4581" and is defined as a concern whose average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years did not exceed $5 million. The services include management control, exercise/contingency support and escort, arrival, processing, departure and emergency services. Solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside.
