Department of Veterans Affairs, Northern Arizona VA Health Care System has a requirement for an Architect/Engineering firm to provide design services for "Renovate Ambulatory Surgery Building 107", in Prescott, Arizona. The project will completely update the surgical area, to include architectural, mechanical and electrical. The two chillers serving the area are in need of replacement. HVAC system to be replaced with system to ensure constant temperature, humidity and air exchanges. All environmental air quality standards will be met and patient comfort improved. The electrical system will be updated with new electrical panels that have adequate circuits to service the surgical suites, procedure and clinic areas. New finishes such as floor tile, carpeting, wall covering and acoustical ceilings will be installed. Correct inadequate locker room space, inadequate patient waiting space, improper SPD storage and numerous space and functional problems. The project to include all design and other professionalservices, to include the services of an Industrial Hygienist. The estimated construction cost is between $500.000 and $1,000,000. SIC 8712.
