This synopsis amendment is issued to revise the date of the presolicitation conference, due date for draft comments, and the anticipated date for posting of the final RFO. The pre-solicitation conference is now scheduled for June 8, 2000. It will be held at NASA Ames Research Center in Building 221, Room 106. The conference will begin at 10 am and include a tour of the available data system GFE listed in the Statement of Work/Specification. Also, the Government will respond, at the conference, to all questions received at least 5 days prior to the conference. While attendance is not mandatory, it is recommended. All slides, questions, and answers will be posted on the internet. Due to space limitations, representation for any Offeror may not exceed three (3) persons. Please submit to the Contracting Officer, in writing, at least three (3) days in advance of the conference date, the names of the attendees and whether they are a US citizen or Resident Alien. Security processing lead-times precludes attendance by Non-Resident Aliens. Industry comments on the DRAFT RFO will be due on or about June 15, 2000.
