The site is located off Foothill Expressway between Page Mill Road and Arastadero Road in Palo Alto, California at approximately -122.1381 longitude and 37.402275 latitude. The roof space is approximately 64' above ground and the entenna tower space is between approximately 50' and 80' above ground. The lessee would be responsible for installation, maintaining integrity of roof and/or antenna tower, and assuring that there is no interference with existing communication systems. Consideration for leases will be based on amount of space required, impact on the VA facility, esthetics of proposed equipment installation, and proposed compensation.
