The Oregon Army National Guard intends to sole source the following to US West, Seattle, WA: This is a market survey to obtain qualified individuals interested in providing to the Oregon Army National Guard (ORARNG) six (6) dedicated clear channel T-1 telecommunications circuits. These circuits are to provide a seamless interaction between each of our PBX's. We will provide the required terminating CSU/DSU's. These point to point connections will be installed for the following locations: 1) From Military Department Salem, OR to Camp Withycombe, Clackamas, OR (2 circuits). 2) From Military Department, Salem, OR to McNary Field, Salem, OR (1 circuit). 3) From Camp Withycombe, Clackamas, OR to Lake Oswego Armory, Lake Oswego, OR (1 circuit). 4) From Camp Withycombe, Clackamas, OR to Tigard Armory, Portland, OR (1 circuit). 5) From Camp Withycombe, Clackamas, OR to Camp Rilea, Warrenton, OR (1 Circuit). In addition to 6 dedicated clear channel T-1 telecommunications circuits, the ORARNG is requesting the installation of 3 dedicated clear channel communications circuits. These circuits must be capable of transmitting audio, video and data simultaneously. Each circuit will require a terminating Kentronix DataSmart 656 or Larscom Split-T FT1 CSU/DSU. These point to point connections will be installed for the following locations: 1) From the Military Department, Salem, OR to Tigard Armory, Portland, OR (1 Circuit). 2) From the Military Department, Salem, OR to Camp Rilea, Warrenton, OR (1 circuit). 3) From Military Department, Salem, OR to Oregon Military Academy, Monmouth, OR (1 circuit). Award will only be made to a contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. The contractor must be able to receive payment via Electronic Funds Transfer.
