NOTICE OF AWARD SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a commercial Firm fixed Price contract to J Bell Inc to provide a Systems Administrator to make minor repairs and upgrade to LANs, WANs and provide support to remote sites.
