NASA intends to issue a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for Upgrade to the Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS) onboard the John C. Stennis Space Center. The work to be performed under this project consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to upgrade the EMCS in Bldgs. 2425 and 7001 in accordance with the construction drawings EMI 99NRFZ, Documents V1, M1, E1, and Specifications 200LB-E001 which will be provided separately to those firms requesting a copy. All work, including the final punch list and clean up shall be completed within 130 days of notice to proceed. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The estimated price range is between $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation will be released as soon as practicable whether prior or subsequent to May 23, 2000, with quotations due on or about June 9, 2000.
