Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision to perform maintenance and repair work to buildings, facilities and structures located in the 96th Regional Support Command which includes the states of Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah and Colorado. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with one one year option period. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum of $25,000.00 per year and a maximum estimated ceiling of $2,900,000.00 each year. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to 8(a) firms in SBA Region 8 (Fargo, ND, Sioux Falls, SD, Helena, MT, Salt Lake City, UT, Casper WY, and AOV Field Office, Denver, CO).
