Each Tire Assembly consists of a Rim (drawing 1541AS188), a Tire [(drawing 1541AS356) 7.50 x 16 Non-directional] and a Tube and Flap (ZZ-I-550). These items shall be delivered completely assembled, NOT in separate pieces. Delivery shall be within 30 days after receipt of order. The Government will place an order to the offeror whose quote is the lowest price technically acceptable.
