The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida intends to issue a sole source contract to Irvin Aerospace Canada LTD, Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada L2A 3-T9. The contractor shall furnish two (2) each 400 Square Foot Guiding Parachute Systems and two (2) each 800 Square Foot Guiding Parachute Systems with Enhancements. This Parachute System must be capable of accurate delivery from a wide range of altitudes and stand off distances. This system must be capable of being guided by either A Global Positioning Satellite or a remotely activated UHF beacon placed at the target site.
