Upgrades shall include one each: Complete AudioCare Scheduling System Upgrade, patient-initiated appointment inquiries via telephone, secure physician-patient lab results messages, special messages and announcements; ad-hoc and patient-initiated appointment inquiries via Internet, customer patient telephony menus, automated cancellation notifications via telephone and first year standard maintenance (MSS). This is a sole source procurement with AudioCare Systems as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). SIC 3669. Size Standard 750 employees.
