The Materiel Systems Group (MSG) of the Electronic Systems Center is anticipating awarding Blanket Purchase Agreements, written against General Service Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) class 70 (Information Technology). The Central Design Activity (CDA) Technical Services (CTS) BPAs will provide CDA organizations with an option for acquiring qualified technical expertise with the ability to work seamlessly among the Standard Systems Group (SSG) Maxwell AFB, (Gunter Annex) AL, and MSG Wright Patterson AFB, (Dayton) OH, Tinker AFB, (Oklahoma City) OK and Hill AFB, (Ogden) UT locations. These BPAs will facilitate the acquisition of skills needed to meet the current and emerging technical requirements of flexible, integrated C2 architectures populated with reusable software components, as well as systems engineering expertise.
