A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is to obtain IT related products on a Schedule buy that cannot be separated from the procurement. These items which includes Rack Wire 16 Mm Microfilm ZIP Disk, Cd/Disk Media Bin for 3.5 or CDs, Circuit Board transport carts, tech carts for equipment transport, will be integrated into the system. This purchase is for Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
