Andrews, Contracting Officer, (215) 656-6099 Supplemental term contract to provide all personnel, materials, facilities and equipment necessary to provide space planning and interior design services to the General Services Administration (GSA). Space Planning services in GSA controlled buildings and or facilities within the service areas that follow: State of Pennsylvania; State of New Jersey excluding Morris, Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Union, Middlesex, and Monmouth counties; State of Delaware; State of Maryland excluding Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties; State of Virginia excluding Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun, Prince William and Fairfax Counties and the State of West Virginia. The period of service shall be for a base year with the possibility of four options of one-year each, beginning December 19, 2000. The criteria for evaluation can be found in the solicitation documents. NOTE: Large business concerns must submit proposed subcontracting plans with their proposal. Consideration will be limited to prime firms capable of providing 50% of services with in-house resources in existing active office in the geographical area and Price. The maximum amount to be expended under the contract shall not exceed $1,500,000.00 per year. The guaranteed minimum amount of the contract will be $5,000.00.
