(2) Specialized experience and use of qualified personnel in the design of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. (3) Specialized experience and use of qualified personnel in the design of plumbing and piping systems. (4) Specialized experience and use of qualified personnel in the design of electrical and fire alarm systems. (5) Organization and Management including training, education and professional development. (6) Directly applicable disciplines, including experience of key personnel; (7) Location in the general geographic area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project; provided, that the application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of firms, given the nature and size of this project. (8) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time. This action is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The applicable standard industrialization classification code is 8712 and the applicable size standard is $4.0 million. Construction contract support services will be required. Estimated completion date for design services is 90 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
