The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the requirements of the solicitation based on questions submitted: In lieu of answering individual questions submitted, which are similar, the Government shall provide the following clarification. The Government is seeking proposals from Offerors to provide the Government access to an on-line retrieval system/web page for the information/documents specified in the solicitation (e.g. a subscription service). The Offeror shall supply all hardware, software and other equipment necessary to operate and update the system/web page. There is no Government Furnished Property (GFP) associated with this acquisition. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to find the various information/documents, to determine space requirements for the information/documents, and to determine what format to store the information/documents. The system needs to be available for use by the Government on June 1, 2000. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The acquisition is an "all-inclusive requirement", meaning that only one contract shall be awarded (i.e. the Government will not split the requirements and award multiple contracts).
