Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for a System 600 Building Automation System or equal at Naval Research Laboratory, Washington D. C. Service will include connecting building 215's AVAC System to the central workstation located in building 57. The central operator's workstation shall have the following capabilities for each building connected: a) view of all points of control, b) change of all alarmable conditions, c) graphically display all air handling units and water systems, d) utilize all capabilities of Apogee software, e) start or stop equipment, and f) monitor the status of equipment being controlled. The communications network shall utilize the existing campus wide Ethernet. All products provided with a one-year warranty, and all work to be performed during normal working hours.
