This is a Sources Sought Notice. 377 LG/LGCB is seeking to identify potential sources who can provide non-personal barber shop services at the Officers Club, West Annex and the Enlisted Club at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque NM for a period of one year beginning 1 Jan 2001 thru 31 Dec 2001, with four one-year option periods. Contractor must have necessary equipment, supplies and materials to properly conduct and provide barbering services. Contractor shall have proper experience to perform haircuts in all styles to satisfy requirements of civilian and military personnel. All services to be high quality and provide reasonable customer satisfaction. Contractor shall charge only those prices which are approved by the Non-Appropriated Funds Instrumentality (NAFI) Council. This request is only to gather information from interested parties and is essential in determining market interest. Interested parties should provide a statement of interest on company letterhead. Statement of interest shall include company's capability, experience and business size. The applicable SIC code is 7231, Hairstylists both male and female, the small business size standard is $5.0 Million dollars. In accordance with Public Law 85-536, July 18, 1958, the Small Business Act of 1953 does not apply to NAF contracting. This acquisition will be competed on a Full & Open basis, all large, small, small disadvantaged, woman owned, 8(a), very small businesses, HubZone and other businesses are eligible to participate.
