This review will involve approximately 10 US ships and 20 foreign ships. In conjunction with this event, the Navy requires a barge to deliver potable water to 3 ships anchored in the harbor. This solicitation also contains an option for a barge to deliver potable water to 2 ships docked at the Military Ocean Terminal Pier, Bayonne, NJ.
