THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ADVERTISED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The project, located at Barksdale AFB, LA, is for the construction of a government gas station. The estimated construction cost for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.00. The completion schedule is 180 days from contract award. The project includes the installation of underground storage tanks, associated piping and dispensers, site work including site grading and paving, electrical work, plumbing, small control building and incidental related work. Proposals will be evaluated based on price and the following technical factors, which are of equal importance: (1) Past Performance, (2) Technical Qualifications, (3) Technical Approach. The price and technical proposals are of equal importance. Award will be made to the offeror whose price and technical proposals provide the best value to the Government. PROPOSERS ARE ADVISED THAT THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO EVALUATE PROPOSALS AND AWARD WITHOUT DISCUSSIONS OR ANY CONTACT CONCERNING THE PROPOSALS RECEIVED.
