Bidders may submit bids on a single phase or total project. This is a small business set-aside, although bids from all responsible sources are welcome. Work to include 1) replacing crown sheets, possible partial replacement of dome and rear tube sheet knuckles. 2) Front tube sheet patch work, will require riveting. 3) Boiler re-tube job, to include removal, preparation for new tubes. Tubes to be cut to length. 4) Renew steam pipes in the smoke box. Contractor must have R stamp shop or demonstrate ability to perform work to current industry standards (NBIC, ASME, FRA).
