The U.S Army Communication Electronics Command (CECOM) intends a negotiated acquisition for Stabilization Indicator, ID-2279()/A, P/O UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter. The NSN is 6610-01-326-0119 and the item will be purchased from Allied Signal. A five- (5) years Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type contract is anticipated. Delivery Orders issued under this contract will be on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. An estimated maximum quantity 200 is anticipated for each of the five years of the contract. Proposal should be base on F.O.B destination. This acquisition shall be accomplished through negotiations with Allied Signal Inc., 1300 w. Warner Road, Tempe, AZ 85285-2200 pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1), FAR 6302-1(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other type of supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. See FAR 6.302-1(d)(2) and FAR 5.201.
