(M=thousand). One year contract with the option to renew for 4 additional years. First article sample 45 days after contract award. This a fixed price, requirements type contract. Delivery orders will be issued against the contract. Just In Time delivery will be used in this procurement. The Contractor is responsible for shipping the glass tubes to as many as 1200 different locations across the United States within 48 hours after receipt of an order. Emergency orders are to be shipped within 24 hours after receipt of an order. Contractor is responsible for all shipping cost incurred. FOB Destination.
