Prospect Associates, Ltd., a prime contractor for the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute Health Information Network, seeks a subcontractor to be responsible for marketing and other specified support tasks for the "20002 National Conference on Cardiovascular Health", to be held in Washington, DC on April 11-13, 2002. It is anticipated that the conference will have 1,500 to 2,000 attendees and up to 120 exhibitors. Tasks will include: (1) development and implementation of a marketing plan for on-site attendance with an emphasis on Internet marketing in addition to traditional direct mail, (2) marketing to potential exhibitors, (3) marketing of other conference-participation components (e.g.., oral and poster presentations, special events, webcasts, satellite downlinks), (4) development of Web site (including a graphic theme to be carried on the print materials) for all conference elements, (5) printing of all conference-related materials including direct-mail pieces, posters, letterhead, and conference program. (6) marketing and tracking of the call for abstracts, and (7) conference evaluation. It is anticipated that one subcontract will be awarded for a period of two years.
