An A-76 cost comparison study is being conducted of the Directorate of Support Services (formerly the Directorate of Public Works and the Directorate of Logistics) at Fort McCoy, WI in accordance with the OMB Circular A-76, Performance of Commercial Activities. The Directorate of Support Services has approximately 403 spaces under review and is undetermined at this time how many spaces will be Government In Nature. The Contracting Office at Fort McCoy anticipates the contract type will be a cost plus award fee. Contract term will consist of a phase-in period with a base year plus four option years. The anticipated DRAFT solicitation date is June 2000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8744 and the small business size standard is $20 million annual average gross revenue of the concern for the last three fiscal years including Foreign and Domestic affiliates. NOTE: THE SIZE STANDARD HAS BEEN CHANGED TO $20 MILLION AND IS NOT $5 MILLION AS PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED ON FEBRUARY 9, 1999.
