Contractor shall provide five (5) new passenger and service elevators in Magruder Transient Buildings at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Work to include removal of existing grades for footing and handrails adjacent to new elevator locations, demolition, concrete work, masonry work, etc. Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment and appliances to complete the work. Contractor shall commence work in ten (10) days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) and complete all work within one hundred eighty (180) days after NTP. This is a Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Requirement.
