DESC: Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the removing of existing color coated surface, re-color coat, reline with new NCAA event markings for existing outdoor track facility, Fort Drum, NY. PRINCIPAL FEATURES include but are not limited to: Clean, prepare, repair and reseal existing outdoor track surface for new recolor-coating. Removal of all loose, deteriorating and peeling color-coated and white painted surface. Scrape, pressure-wash and prepare surface. Repair, reseal, level and filling cracks, voids, depressions. Apply new color-coat and track lining system, apply new painted lane lines and various other markings. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 and will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. Request for Quote will be issued on or about 10 May 2000.
