Warren AFB, WY. Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition and replacement of EIFS finishes, caulking at expansion joints, reinforcement mesh, installation of metal cap flashing and fascia on parapet walls along with providing water tight joints on all EIFS penetrations. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract performance period is one (1) basic year with four (4) option years. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal _ Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT). When the solicitation package is downloaded it should be read completely as there are milestones that must be met to be considered responsive. The issue date will be on or about 14 June 2000 with a bid opening 30 calendar days after RFP issuance. There will be no pre-announcement of when the solicitation will be available on the Internet.
