The Navy has a requirement to purchase 2 each deployable armories to be manufactured in accordance with NSWC specification 3046-93-2. Sizes of these units are 20 ft. long by 10 ft. wide by 8 ft. high and 20 ft. long by 8 ft. wide by 10 ft. high. This acquisition will be processed utilizing simplified small purchase procedures and is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only Small Business sources will be considered. Delivery for one is required F.O.B. Destination to Rome, NY and the second will be picked up by the customer within 8 weeks of award. The government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose quotation is the most advantageous to the government considering price and price related factors (best offer). The offers will be evaluated on the following factors: Technical specification compliance, past performance, delivery, and price.
