for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR

DAAA14-00-R-0100 and is issued as a Request For Proposal. This
acquisition is a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements Type contract for

will submit an offer to fabricate and supply various types of
transfer, preconcentrator, and sorbent tubes in accordance with CAMDS
-- Engineering Division, Tooele Army Depot, Utah Scope of Work,
Procedure for Receipt and Inspection of DAAMS, Preconcentrator, and
Transfer Tubes dated 14 August, and Drawings No. TCDS 33-359-01 thru
14, available upon request. The Request for Proposal and the contract
will include provisions for 4 additional option years. Delivery --
