The Hoosier National Forest anticipates contracting for a bioinventory of the animals within and in the vicinity of approximately 85 caves on the Hoosier National Forest, Indiana. The Contractor must demonstrate familiarity with (1) subterranean fauna of Indiana and must be able to identify individuals to species level; (2) locating areas on the ground using topographic maps; and (3) cave bioinventory sampling techniques. The time for completing the field work is between July 1, 2000 and June 31, 2001. A final report will be required no later than December 31, 2001.
