has a requirement for Plastic Media (PM) abrasive used for surface
cleaning and paint removal from aircraft, aircraft components, and
support equipment located at the Naval Aviation Depot, Cherry Point,
North Carolina. The intended resulting contract is for the lease of PM
and will include pick-up and recycling of material for the ELIMINATION
OF HAZARDOUS WASTE. Applicable documents: Federal Regulation -- 40 CFR
261.2(e)(1)(ii); North Carolina Department of Environment, Health and
Natural Resources (NCDEHNR) Regulation 15A NCAC 13A.0006; and Military
