The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD 20670 intends to solicit and negotiate with Lockheed Martin Control Systems (LMCS), 2000 Taylor Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46801 to upgrade part number 1311M30P04/P06 to part number 1311M30P09. LMCS will modify the A-2 Circuit Cards. LMCS is the designer and producer of the specified equipment and is the only contractor who possesses a thorough proprietary knowledge of the design, manufacture, assembly, and performance specifications of the equipment. A determination to dissolve the small business set-aside has been made. This requirement is intended as a sole source to Lockheed Martin Control Systems.
