The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement for Closing Agent Services for the sale of its single family properties located in the state of Kentucky. Sales must be closed within a stipulated time-frame and prompt and accurate payment of all closing charges made. Complete closing package must be submitted to HUD within 3 business days after closing. The state of Kentucky is divided into four (4) geographic areas as follows: Area 1 -- Adair, Allen, Barren, Butler, Clinton, Cumberland, Edmonson, Grayson, Green, Hart, Logan, Metcalfe, Monroe, Muhlenburg, Pulaski, Russell, Simpson, Taylor, Todd, Warren, and Wayne Counties. Area 2 -- Anderson, Bath, Bell, Boone, Bourbon, Boyd, Boyle, Bracken, Breathitt Campbell, Carroll, Carter, Casey, Clark, Clay, Elliott, Estill, Fayette, Fleming, Floyd, Franklin, Gallatin, Garrard, Grant, Greenup, Harlan, Harrison, Jackson, Jessamine, Johnson, Kenton, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Lawrence, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Lewis, Lincoln, Madison, Magoffin, Marion, Martin, Mason, McCreary, Menifee, Mercer, Montgomery, Morgan, Nicholas, Owen, Owsley, Pendleton, Perry, Pike, Powell, Robertson, Rockcastle, Rowan, Scott, Washington, Whitley, Wolfe and Woodford Counties. Area 3 -- Bullitt, Hardin, Henry, Jefferson, Larue, Meade, Nelson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble Counties. Area 4 -- Ballard, Breckinridge, Caldwell, Calloway, Carlisle, Christian, Crittenden, Daviess, Fulton, Graves, Hancock, Henderson, Hickman, Hopkins, Livingston, Lyon, McCracken, McLean, Ohio, Trigg, Union and Webster Counties. Potential Offeror can bid on all areas, serveral areas or just one area. Up to four contracts may be awarded. The contracts will be for a one-year base period, with four (4) option years.
