(ii) Solicitation F44600-00-Q-0111 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (iii) The solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 12. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. (iv) The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8711 with a size standard, averaged over a one-year period of $18,000,000. (v) Langley AFB intends to procure on a sole source basis software licenses, upgrades, and technical support from Veridian ERIM International for license fees renewal, upgrades and technical support of the ERIPS software. Veridian ERIM International holds the sole license for the sale of ERIPS software. (vi) The following requirements are applicable: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide license fee renewals, upgrades and software support for the ERIPS software.
