This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is set-aside for small business and is being issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. Offerors shall provide prices on the schedule provided. Prices shall include all labor, parts, tools, transportation, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits and personnel necessary to perform a twenty minute fireworks display show on the 4th of July from a barge located approximately 500 feet off the south end of Foster Point peninsula. Delivery and acceptance of services on this contract will be at Hickam AFB, Hawaii.
