Wilson, Contracting Officer (202)406-6940; fax (202)406-6801 The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Gelco Information Network, 10700 Praire Lakes Drive, Eden Praire, Minnesota 55344 for the acquisition of services to provide a third party draft payment system. Gelco Information Network is the only known source, which still provides federal agencies with third party draft systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government with not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within one hundred and twenty days.
