The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire under full and open competition, At No Cost To The Government, Civilian Enterprise Publications from interested publishers to produce, as an information tool, a base guide and a visitor's installation map for Naval Station Newport, RI. The period of performance will be for one year from the date of award with five (5) one-year option periods. Delivery of the 7,000 Maps is due by 1 December 2000 and then yearly thereafter. Delivery of 3,000 copies of the Base Guide is due by 1 December 2000 and then yearly thereafter. Delivery of 2,000 separate Telephone Directorys are due by 1 December 2000 and then yearly thereafter. Proposals will be evaluated on a competitive basis with criteria established in the solicitation consisting of technical and production capability, past performance record, services and/or items offered, and management approach. Award will be made to the firm whose evaluated offer is determined to be most advantageous to the Government.
