materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal
necessary for roof replacements in the housing area at USCG Air Station
Cape Cod, Bourne, MA (Barnstable County). This project will be an
indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1)
base and four (4) option years. It encompasses various types of housing
units (approximately 127 units total) and roofing systems, including
but not limited to, EPDM and shingle roofing systems. Estimated cost of
this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 dollars, inclusive of
base and all option years. Minimum contract guarantee is $10,000.00.
SIC code is 1761. Evaluation criteria consists of the following: (1)
Price; (2) Past Performance on roofing projects; and (3) Personnel

The DOT BondingAssistance Program enables firms to apply for bid,
payment and performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT
provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against
losses. Loans are available under the DOT Short-term Lending Program
(STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable
