This project will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base and four (4) option years. It encompasses various types of housing units (approximately 127 units total) and roofing systems, including but not limited to, EPDM and shingle roofing systems. Estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 dollars, inclusive of base and all option years. Minimum contract guarantee is $10,000.00. SIC code is 1761.
