PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes provisions of all labor, materials, and equipment to reconfigure and revitalize bathroom interiors including fixtures, plumbing, and electrical fixtgures; the replacement of the forced air units; the replacement of attic vents located between rafters at the exterior walls; the replacement of the Jalousie windows; and asbestos abatement. Contract completion time is 760 calendar days. The estimated construction cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1541 and the related small business size standard is $17,000,000. The contract will be awarded to the firm providing the proposal with the best value to the Government using criteria outlined in the solicitation: (1) Past Performance; (2) Corporate and Key Personnel Experience; (3) Construction Schedule; and (4) Past and Proposed Commitment to Small Business.
