This is a competitive requirement for the design and fabrication of one (1) complete Superheater section in accordance with Section C of the subject proposal and Combustion Engineering Superheater Arrgt. Dwg. No. 5T-44335-6. The proposed contract is a Firm Fixed Price Supply type solicited under Full and Open Competition, with a SIC Code of 3443 and a size standard of 500 employees, Federal Supply Class No. 4410. Delivery schedule is 120 days after date of contract award. Award shall be based on "Best Value".
